Over the years, we have heard a lot of stories about overpriced projects getting delayed, poorly delivered or even cancelled. We want to change this, push the industry forward, by following three basic methodologies:

1. Do the right things: Follow the industry's best practices, avoid dirty workaround and appreciate simple and elegant solutions.
2. Continuous Delivery: Ship the minimum viable product (MVP) earlier and iterate with users in order to reduce the chance of producing wastes, misunderstood features and slipping schedule.
3. Testing: Use of automatic and systematic testing and evaluation approaches to control the software quality.
